If you are building from abroad, or simply want it handled, our team manages the project end to end - procurement, records, payments and site visits.
Managed builds are not a subscription. We charge a percentage of each deposit you make, so nothing is billed before your money arrives. We will quote you properly once we know the site and the scope.

Never. Add as many foremen, engineers and office staff as you need on any plan. Charging per head would only discourage you from putting the people doing the work on the system.

No. Plans are billed month to month and you can cancel with 14 days notice. You can export your records at any point, including after you leave.
